I hate writing titles as they never seem to fit.
Now times for some updates.

Cooking
I am still continuing to try new and interesting recipes and making notes on what I am cooking, the changes I make and what it would go well with in preparation for e-courses. E-courses though have been a little slow this year though last year's content still seems to be of interest. I will continue with this as who know s where the future might lead.

Animals
Smaug & Sloth (bearded dragons)
They seem to be growing well though Smaug still has his problems. Lately he has been seen to be shaking and with bad eye to mouth co-ordination so I swapped him to a different enclosure with a different light. Since going into this enclosure, he has brightened up in colour, as has sloth, become a happier dragon with a better appetite. Sloth, is still going great though and I have no problems with her except that she doesn't like to eat in front of people.

Central Netted Dragons
Well they are a little fat but that will work well with the coming cool months when they should hibernate or at least become less active. Sleepy is growing well and looks like his dad (small boss). He still has sight difficulties but it doesn't stop him from doing anything either. The only thing that makes me think, is if it is a male or female!

Skinks
Growing big, and healthy. They are enjoying their new enclosure outside and prefer it to the cuddles from Jadeen. They are pretty placid animals though and do not mind being held at all, which is just as well. We put down some bark mulch the other day and they have seemed to enjoy burying themselves into it.

Luke and Lucy (stimson pythons)
Growing and a pleasure to handle, though getting a chance to handle them is hard to come by since everyone else wants to handle them also. They are pretty little creatures also with good appetites.

Raz (dog)
Still the same old dog, who is 8 yrs old this year, so she is moving into her senior years.

Birds (Reginald the nande conure, & finches)
Noisy, messy and not mine

Fish
Too many to count, breeding worse then rabbits and then eating their young. They are also not mine, except for maybe some mollies. I wouldn't mind getting rid of the mollies though.

Family
Tim
Busy bee is what he should be called. While he has cut back on some commitments and given work to others, he is still busy as he has just picked up more work/things to do, to fill in those spots. Family time is a diary designated event in this family.

Me
I have done some sewing lately, and have almost completed a dressing gown for myself. I have a skirt cut out and ready to go also, plus a heap of other projects waiting to be completed. Miranda and I have also taken on the project of patch working and/or quilting. This should be fun. We did some designing last night for it. I haven't had much of a chance to sit down and draw, though I did a little yesterday. The kids, animals and housework take up most of my time, with the hubby wanting the remaining free time. Well, I do get some and with that I head to the gym a couple of times a week also.
The gym is going well, and it is fun despite the fact i am sore from it all.

Miranda
She sprained her ankle yesterday (don't think it was much though as she is walking normally on it today). She is going well in her schoolwork and usually powering through it and finishing up by lunch time. We are currently only doing girls brigade as her, and the others, only extra curricular activity.

Jadeen
A bundle of energy with a few sulks thrown in. She did well at the recent junior convention and managed to get a few ribbons. Her reading has improved in leaps and bounds though she still fights it and doesn't like to read that much. One day maybe she will enjoy it.

Erin
She wants to start school but I won't be starting her till July. She is very creative and recently made a man riding a horse, out of paddle pop sticks and blu-tac. She loves to help out around the house as well, doing the jobs not normally done.

Mercedes
A 3 yr old who still needs her daytime naps but hasn't been having any since she was 2. She has taken to waking up early despite what time she gets put to bed at night. No wonder she complains about being tired all the time. She also loves to have piggy back rides when she can get them, and is finally off the bottle! She doesn't even ask for it anymore, but she does have her special elephant cup to replace it.

That'd all for now folks
